Material：

·All parts are CNC-machined.
·The main sections of the lightsaber hilt are made from durable 6061 aluminum.
·Some of small parts are made form brass.

Surface treatment：

The emitter and pommel are finished with an anodized. The grip is Cerakote.

Chassis Design:

The Shin Hati lightsaber chassis design of 89sabers are made from High strength nylon. It can beturned on and off independently. And there are light strips on both sides of the chassis
