We are 89sabers, a professional lightsaber design studio and manufacturing factory focused on producing high-quality lightsaber replicas.

Each piece is built to 1:1 movie prop scale

Material：

All of the parts are made by CNC. The main parts of hilt are made from 6061 aluminum. Some of small parts are made form brass.

Surface treatment：

Anodized surface

Chassis Design:

The chassis designof 89sabers in 2023, the chassis are made from High strength nylon. It can beturned on and off independently.

There are 2 accent RGB LEDs on the chassis andone switch.

The chassis use a pointed headbattery with physical battery protection function so the battery can last a long time.
