Material：All of the parts are made by CNC. The main parts of hilt are made from 6061 aluminum. Some of small parts are made form brass.

Surface treatment：Anodized surface(some of parts are plated)

Chassis Design:

The chassis designof 89sabers in 2023, the chassis are made from High strength nylon. it can beturned on and off independently.

There are 2 accent RGB LEDs on the chassis and one switch. The chassis use a pointed headbattery with physical battery protection function   so the battery can last a long time.
