All of our lightsabers feature full metal hilts, use the Proffieboard V3.9 soundboard, and each saber is carefully balanced in weight, offering both display and dueling experience.

II. Shipping & Logistics
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days. Packages typically take 2–3 days to arrive at our freight forwarder warehouse.
If you purchase a product marked as “Available on backorder,” we usually require 7–14 business days for shipping. However, some models may take longer. Please contact our customer service for the latest updates.
After the package is shipped, it needs to be transported to the freight forwarder warehouse first.
Once it arrives and is processed, we will upload the tracking number. This usually takes 3–5 days.
If you have not received your tracking number after 7 days, please contact our customer service for order status assistance.
The tracking number will be updated and linked to your PayPal transaction.
You can also view shipping information in your PayPal order details.
We ship via air shipping.
Standard international delivery time to the United States, Australia, Canada, and most countries is 7–14 business days.
Some countries/regions may take 10–18 business days.

Yes, we charge a partial shipping fee of 25 USD. The remaining cost is covered by us.

IV. Address & Shipping Issues
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO.
If your address cannot be delivered, we will contact you before shipping. Please check your email (including spam folder).
Yes, you may be required to pay import taxes or VAT (if applicable).
In most cases, the logistics carrier will handle customs clearance and contact you before delivery to collect any applicable taxes. Please monitor your tracking information and pay on time to avoid delays or return shipments.
