We are 89sabers, a professional lightsaber design studio and manufacturing factory focused on producing high-quality lightsaber replicas.

Each piece is built to 1:1 movie prop scale

Material：

All of the parts are made by CNC. The main parts of hilt are made from 6061 aluminum. Some of small parts are made form brass.

The side emitters are made of stainless steel and heat-blued to replicate the scorched flame effect seen in the movies.

Surface treatment：Anodized surface

Chassis Design:

The chassis are made from High strength nylon. it can beturned on and off independently.

Integrated chassis design powered by a 21700 flat-top lithium battery and a 22mm 3W high-quality speaker.

At the end of the chassis, there’s a light panel you can turn on. And, there’s a main power switch and a core light switch, so you can decide if you want the core to glow or not.
